"Posting for Holly W I recently lost 25 pounds so I treated myself to an appointment at a nice salon with the owner of the salon, Ty. When he was notified that I was there, he looked over in my direction and his face transformed into an angry, indignant expression. He walked over to me and asked me what I wanted done to my hair. I showed him a picture of a hairstyle I really liked. I wasn't sure what it was called but I called it a 'shaggy mullet'. He said in a very clipped tone, 'a shggy mullet?? Nope, I'm not doing that' and instructed another stylist to do it. His attitude was arrogant and cruel. I said to him that I was keenly aware that I am middle aged, unattractive, and overweight and that it was a fear of mine to walk into a salon and be rejected. His response to me was, 'you're not overweight.' While I was getting my haircut by someone else, he sat in the chair across from me chatting with his staff. Welcome to 50."

"This was our first visit to the Salon. We did not use any of the salon features however We visited the boutique next store which was amazing. They had a fun collection of light and airy fixtures, which include candles, throw pillows, coffee table reading media, and a unique, private clothing line. The salon was spotless and was of course busy! This boutique fits perfectly into the CDM lifestyle..."
