She came out with the biggest smile and listened to what happened to me. She treated me like an old friend and her attention to detail is unmatched. "I booked an appointment online but when I showed up they said I was somehow double booked and they needed to reschedule. I understand that technical errors can happen but to unexpectedly deny a customer who already showed up to an appointment for an error on their end is just bad service. The staff was rude when I asked for a solution and at some point pushed the blame on me for booking at the wrong time - not sure how this was my fault? I don't feel comfortable booking here again."
