"Horrible experience. My agent literally asked the employee behind us 10 different questions. She had know idea what she was doing. Well my taxes was done wrong even though they had all information. I even told my agent when I done my taxes I got around $5600-5700 but she got $1400 more. Even though I was skeptical I was very happy. Fast forward 7-8 weeks later my taxes was done wrong even though like I said gave all the correct information. H&R Block will not honor there advertising. Please anyone who sees this I'm warning you don't use h&r block. At least don't go in and use a agent. Total rip off I'll do minusekf from now on."
