"I really don’t care how some company’s ask ppl to make fake reviews but I had the worst treatment from them. Solid proof, the man who does ITIN etc he’s very unprofessional. I’ve been sitting in the place for 2 and a half hours and no one came to me showing common courtesy. Everyone comes in and probably because I don’t speak Spanish, the cater for who speaks the language. I felt like I was begging and I was the one spending in that same light. So around 2 1/2 hours in I turned to the lady at the front and confess that it’s the worst service I’ve ever received in my life. She went and called the guy and he came out ansking what’s the matter and said if I don’t Wana wait I should go, loud and attitudinal. He slammed his door and went back in his office and the girl who is suppose to be the receptionist started smiling. They didn’t really care. And the fact that I planned on spending money there that same day, I’ll go somewhere else I value myself and am big on customer service. He this company has no idea that am a Customer Service manager. Worst service I’ve received.I personally don’t recommend them. All I wanted was reassurance and or “communication” using stuff like “I’ll be right with you etc… they don’t care. And am Gona talk about them in an interview am doing next month. And I got videos. I’ve never find myself writing about a company like this. They the worst."
