Although I've visited this location in the past and enjoyed it, I was truly blown away by the exceptional service and warm hospitality we received this time. Minder is an absolute gem! Both my mom's and my eyebrows have never looked better. I'm already planning to return solely for her remarkable skills. She is truly amazing!"

"My daughter and I went in to get our eyebrows done. We arrived about 4:45 knowing that they close at 6. After my daughter was in the chair, in between string changing she made comments about her trying to clean and close up. We were rushed out after paying and we regretfully tipped her 20.00 as we have the last two visits. My daughter gets home and is extremely upset after discovering a good size chunk of her brow gone. "May 8th 2019, there was a family of Indians ahead of me and I noticed the lady's customer service was wonderful towards THEM. When the lady was done with my eyebrows I told her to fix my eyebrow because she didn't do a good job. She gave me attitude so i told her I would just go ahead and pay. She told me to leave the store. I told her, her customer service was terrible and I asked her name and she refused to give me her name. She said she was the MANAGER. Don't go here. If you don't like how they did your face they will give attitude and completely NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. Do not come here they are extremely rude with terrible customer service and this was the MANAGER who "helped" me. Go else where VERY UMPROFESSIONAL. 0 stars on my end."

"She didn't do a good job on my brows and she asked AFTER she started if I wanted them thin or thick. I told her I want my brows thick and to just clean them up.... It was too late, she had already thinned out 1 brow."
