"Hired to install light fixtures two of which were in a laundry room with drop ceiling. They installed the lights to the drop ceiling tiles and not the ceiling and when questioned was told it was against code to install above the drop ceiling. I pushed back on that, sounds ridiculous but was told he would come back and reinstall. When he came out he started in on how they told me this that and the other thing and this is where I’m done wasting my time with a person who double talks. My recommendation is to find another company that communicates clearly and is honest."
