"Please read the reviews before going to this body shop. This is by far THE WORST mechanic/body shop i’ve ever been to in my life. For starters horrible communication from the owner,he is not reliable and just an all around super unprofessional person to do business with. This shop is the epitome of MONEY HUNGRY!!! I took my car after a major accident and he had my car for 11 full months, just 2 months short of a year, some days it was worked on others it just sat collecting dust, not to mention my car was moved to several different shops without any mention to me, 1 of which shops I was denied to have any information or access to. He said an assortment of people working on my car none of which I never hired for the job but was grateful for the lil help they did do. I was lied to on more than several occasions that my car would be ready and was not even 50% done. My car was returned to me after 11 long months and was incomplete, sensors were not connected back, car didn’t drive smooth and a numerous amount of other problems which will cost me thousands of dollars to repair over time , my driver side mirror was also broken off while at another shop to be painted and was not mentioned to me until it was time to pick the car up.My car was also broken into and damaged while in their possession and nothing was fixed or repaired.This shop deserves negative stars for the stress and inconvenience they have caused for 11 months. I would not recommend to ANY ONE ever in life. Take your car at your own risk!"
"I paid him 3,500 for a transmission job and he did do the job right and I took my cat to another shop and the transmission wasn’t even the problem now he keeps saying he’s going to give me my money back but never did I call him he doesn’t answer his phone now I called the Bureau of Automotive Repair and then they tell me he’s not even licensed he lied he does not have a license they’re just scamming people so now I’m gonna be suing him do not take your business here they’re unprofessional and don’t know what they’re doing and it’s not licensed to work on any car"
"I took my car here after a minor accident which caused my bumper to have some damage on one side. What appeared like a simple job turned into extreme frustration. Neither of the two mechanics who work there (I believe one is the owner) could give me a Specific date that I could pick my car up..every day it changed. They had my car a full 7 days..for a bumper. I was told that a company sent them the wrong bumper and it took time to reorder and receive a new one..I understand that however…I had paid them the week prior so it feels like they should have been on top of the ordering of the parts. I called them every day to check on my car because I didn’t trust that they were working diligently to repair it. Essentially I didn’t like the communication style of this business..it was very inconsistent. Additionally the day I picked up my car the staff was arguing about rather I still owed money or not. I didn’t owe anything additional but the fact that they tried to suggest I did and argued in front of the customer…further demonstrates how Unorganized they are. There were so many things that went wrong with taking my car here. I will not do business with them again. I gave 2 stars because they did offer a discount in the beginning …but I deserved it considering the experience on the back end. RESPONSE TO OWNERS REVIEW- I acknowledged the discount you provided in the beginning..In my review. I acknowledged I called everyday because I didn’t trust the timeline of services…it had less to do with not having rental insurance (which I rented a car anyway and I was told by the other guy my car would be ready within the week) and more to do with business practices. My opinion about the services I received is my opinion based on my customer experience. You did frequency change the date of when the car would be ready (regardless of your reasoning), communication and organization was an issue. I wish this wasn’t the case but it was my customer experience. Doesn’t mean it would be everyone’s."
"I was very stressed about pulling out a dent in my car vs getting a new fender, as well as nervous the new paint wouldn’t match the old paint. Needless to say Denos Automotive took care of my car. While they are smaller company, one of the pro’s is that you do get direct connection to the owner of the shop. He responds daily to questions and updates and any needs daily. They are very receptive to your personal needs. In my case they went the extra mile to also deal help diagnose other issues I was having with my car. I highly recommend Denos Automotives and I would return if I had any other body issues."
"I wish I could rate this place less than one star because my experience here was a nightmare!! Where do I begin, well first of all I wish I would have read the reviews prior to coming to this place because they did an absolute terrible job on my paint job, and that's an understatement! The first time the paint chipped, Denis tried to blame it on me for "washing the car," Which I didn't, and "distracting his workers." It literally took them a whole month to repaint the car, and it began chipping literally days later. Additionally, Denis and his team broke my weather strips, honda sign and chipped my rear tail lights, which I had to pay more to replace. Denis wrote a receipt stating that he would refund my money if the second paint job began chipping again. Needless to say, he lied and still has not refunded me for the terrible paint job. Denise even threatened me not to go to court stating "I have you on camera flirting and distracting my staff," I had to come to the shop everyday in order for the job to get done, otherwise they would have my car sitting for days! All this being said, Denis is a scam artist and a habitual LIAR! PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! ALSO, THIS SO CALLED BODY SHOP, IS NOT EVEN REGISTERED WITH THE BBS."
