"My eyelashes have always come out pretty good, the only issue I have ever had was that I tested positive for Covid on the same day I had my appt for a 'regular touch up' in the late afternoon. I called to cancel as soon as I found out. I was symptomatic, with a fever and was told I could just wear a mask during my appointment or I would be charged the full appointment cost since it was under 24 hours notice. I did not feel comfortable with possibly exposing others to covid, so I went ahead with the cancellation and got charged 100% of the cost."
