"Pharmacy review is ZERO STARS. Nearly 1 HOUR wait for 2 people waiting to get RSV shots. UNDERSTAFFED FOR MONTHS. BOOOOOOOOOOO! Going elsewhere! What a freaking waste of time! Phone appointment-taker didn't even connect the dots on my age to see if I qualified for the RSV shot when I made the appointment by phone. UNBELIEVABLE. Don't waste your time!"

"My first time coming to this store and most definitely my last coming to rite aid in general! I came in to do some shopping and also had a return my mom asked to to do for her. Cynthia, the manager, was so rude and had the audacity to suggest I stole the said item I was returning as she didn’t carry that product there. I informed her that it wasn’t purchased there but assumed corporate stores take returns from other stores. She didn’t even give me a chance to reply before she turned around and walked away. Then proceeded to loudly explain that she would be “ checking the cameras closely for shoplifters” to herself as there was no one else but me. Not to mention she looked high off her gourd on god only knows what. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Clearly she is more than pleased with her title and is on a power trip. No wonder the store looks like it’s closing. I doubt there’s a lot of return business as I’m sure she’s a habitual verbal assailant. Too bad because rite aid used to be my go to drug store for a lot of weekly shopping!"

"Editing to add: I feel bad for leaving a one star review, because for so long they were a solid 5 stars, thanks in large part to Barbara! But, with her sudden departure, things changed so bad so fast, and playing with people’s medicines in the process! I simply can’t trust that even a replacement will suddenly make it right. Playing with heart medications, especially, was the last straw for me. I get that turnover happens- but I also don’t understand how patient care can get so bad! As broken-hearted as I am to give a one star review, I’m just glad my heart still beats (thanks in part to a different pharmacy). Original review: I’ve been coming here with my family for over a decade and in the last couple months they’ve had issues retaining pharmacists which means medications aren’t filled timely (I’m waiting on 3 different medications, some I put in a refill for over 3 business days ago and one of them is something they just need to slap a dosage label on, not something to count out; my spouse has one medication they’re waiting on for days also, and another one seems to be a duplicate of a prescription recently picked up). Unfortunately no one answered the phone anymore, or you’re put on hold for what seems like eternity (seriously waited about ten minutes the other day before hanging up). Whatever’s going on at this store in recent months- they’ve lost several customers as a result of being unable to fill medications timely. Rationing out medication because of their pharmacy issues is absolutely not acceptable, and for these reasons I do not recommend them to *anyone* anymore! One more edit: this is a clean store, the floors aren’t dirty and there’s not a lot of dust on products in the back of the store where no one really goes except for holiday stuff. Which- Cool: clean store, but the majority of the business model is medication and Summer/Fall of 2022 it became unreliable for my family and I and our long-time medication needs, to the point that it jeopardizes ones health to remain a customer."

"I did the number 1 annoying thing when it comes to prescriptions, waiting till the last minute to request a refill from my PCP. So my doctor refilled ~10am and I was able to confirm with pharmacy tech I was able to pick up same day! That’s excellent customer service and I greatly appreciate the Rite Aid staff!"
