"Our brand new 2020 Army Green Tacoma Pro had a cracked rear bumper due to a small collision while parking. After visiting several body shops in the area, we choose American Collision Centers. General Manager Sam took the time to explain the process a provided a competitive and realistic bid. We could tell right away he understood the process because he had done two identical repairs the week before for another customer. He initially ordered the replacement parts and matched the vehicle color paint by using all the most advanced techniques. Once the parts arrived, we dropped the truck off and he provided a nice clean loaner vehicle during the repair process. He directly contacted our insurance adjuster for all the necessary paper work and needed changes, keeping us informed of every detail and steps taken. Our truck was delivered as promised, washed in & out, and in mint repaired condition! The mechanics, painters, and front desk staff, Letícia, were all top notch. "Sam was way easier to deal with than my insurance company! He knew what they were going to do before they did it. And he was completely right! I went there after I had been rear ended on the freeway. I had been to other body shops in town over the years and the only one I had been happy with was North Ranch Bodycraft in the late 90's early 2000's. Well I am happy to now have found American. They got me in within a week, did a great job and the paint matches perfectly!
