"NO STARS: GO THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. This is my first time ever leaving a review on here because it is important to warn people about this dental office. They are untrustworthy, overcharge, up sell, and pressure you into paying (and overpaying) for costly treatments. After that, they will send you more "outstanding" bills claims over a year later saying you own them on added dental procedures you never knew you had done and certainly did not sign off for. A small aside, they ought to be investigated for insurance fraud, but frankly it's not worth the energy to pursue it. And they know that. It's why businesses like this get away with dubious, unethical practices. I could go on and on about the problems of this place. Just trust the words of the many people on here who have written about them. Save your time and finances towards getting your dental health cared for."

"This place has bad customer service. I once showed up early for an appointment and ended up waiting over an hour before a hygienist wad ready for me. The receptionist apologized and said it was because employees had quit, and she promised it would he better next time. The next time they said they would validate my parking so I moved my car into the lot. Then after the appointment I waited for 30min while they were supposedly looking for a validation card and eventually they told me sorry they couldn’t help me. I have an appointment later this morning but I have gotten really sick with food poisoning so I called to leave a message to cancel. The receptionist service who picked up the phone asked me which office and I said oakland, and she said I had to call back in an hour and I couldn't leave a message until they opened at 7. This is a dentist office where you can’t even leave a message. I’m done with unlimited smiles. I should say that the hygienists on staff are very friendly. But I’ve had too many inconveniences to go back."

"Caution: this is the worst dentist office I have ever been to. Do not consider going here. This is my first time leaving a review, and I am doing it to protect anyone is who considering this office. I went here for a cleaning and they made me book a check up with xrays before they would give me a cleaning. After waiting over an hour to see the dentist, they told me I needed 3 crowns and 1 filling, which would come out to about $3000. (I have no pain by the way). I paid out of pocket for a second opinion from a trusted dentist my family has attended for years and he clarified that I did not need ANY of the work. This office was completely trying to upsell and take advantage of insurance money. They whole thing is criminal as they can hide behind the veil of "professional opinion." Aside from having an extremely long wait, being very hard to contact, and outdated equipment, they will squeeze as much money and do unnecessary work on you. It's criminal. It's horrible. I never got a cleaning because I would never trust this place with me teeth- ever."

"After paying 4200 dollars worth of work I am very dissatisfied with unlimited smile center. I got bridge work done on my 2 front teeth and they didn't thoroughly explain to me the whole procedure to me. They shaved down my 2 front and added caps and they fell out then I got my bridge. After my second visit they wouldn't see me no more. They never told me how to properly take care of my new work. Food gets caught where the work gets done and it's difficult to manage. They scheduled an appointment for me and the dentist never showed up to it. They kept telling me that doctor (Moheb) was stuck in traffic but he never showed up. They never rescheduled me for another appointment. I then made an appointment with doctor (Shervani) who did my procedure. The office called me today and asked me why I wanted to see her and I told them food is getting caught where she drilled. The receptionist Blanca response was"you can no longer come here!" She is very rude! I can't count how many times shes hung up the phone in my face. She lacks professionalism and integrity. There rude and very unfriendly if I could I'd give them negative 5 stars! Just awful never go to the smile center. Unprofessional and inconsiderate."

"If there were negative stars I could give, I most certainly would!! Horrible customer service - especially Blanca in the orthodontist department. My son would sit for hours even though he had an appointment, receptionist would call the day of appointments to reschedule. At times my son showed up to appointments only to have them say the orthodontist wasn't even there. But they continued to charge my insurance. The last straw was when I told them I wanted to discontinue service and they said they "forgot" to charge me a $445.00 co- pay and that I needed to pay it immediately!! What????!!! When I asked to see an account of how I owed a $445 co-pay, the immature young lady that works in the billing department laughed on the phone- she also lied and said she was a supervisor! Please don't patronize this horrible place. Better off going to Western Dental!"
