"I've been going to Franklin Dental for over a year and a half. Before that I had not seen a dentist in well over a decade, and I had heard so many stories of bad dental practices I was very skeptical I could receive great care anywhere. Before choosing Franklin Dental, my insurance had assigned me to another local practice that outsourced its phone services overseas, and wanted to get me in the very next day for intake. I was immediately suspicious and started searching for another practice. The reviews for Franklin Dental seemed pretty positive (as far as dental practices go), so I reached out to them. I had to wait a couple months before I was able to be seen as a new patient, but once I went through intake and my first assessments, everything has been like clockwork. They were very realistic about my outcomes, definitely erring on the side of worst case scenario, and put me on a plan to tackle every issue they had seen. Over the next 6-8 months I went in regularly to systematically address every issue (new fillings, replacing old fillings that were falling apart, deep cleaning of my gums). The doctors and hygienists are very thorough and do not beat around the bush about what needs to change in order for improvement to happen. I accepted their recommendations, showed up to my appointments, and changed my habits accordingly in order to get better. After all the initial issues were taken care of, I was put on a plan for cleaning every 3 months to address gum recession. If I was ever not able to make an appointment, rescheduling has been a breeze, and the office staff are always super polite and accommodating. I'm happy to say that after trusting the process my gum recession has improved significantly, my teeth are far less sensitive, and I'm much less anxious about my teeth."
