"Before seeing Dr. Bastani, my last dental appointment was about 10 years ago. I had a panic attack and fainted, and the dentist (not Bastani,) told me that my experience was due to issues outside of her control. (I mean, not entirely untrue, but surely she could be more accommodating?) So I came to Dr. Bastani fearing the absolute worst: 10 years worth of cavities and any number of reasons to have another panic attack. One of Dr. Bastani's two staff members was out sick the day of my appointment, so it was a perfect recipe for a tough experience. And yet, it was the best dental appointment I've ever had. Dr. Bastani totally could've told me I needed 10 fillings just for the fees, and I wouldn't have batted an eye. Luckily, I had zero cavities, however. I am so grateful to have an honest dentist who makes a nerve-racking experience easy. The experience was clean, quick without feeling rushed, and extremely chill."
