"I would advise against utilizing this FFL service for firearm transfers. My experience with them fell short of my expectations. Their online fee display advertised a $25 fee, but when I arrived to pick up the firearm, it unexpectedly was $45. Moreover, the owner exhibited a rather negative attitude towards the chosen firearm, despite it being expensive and a pretty rare find. To make matters worse, one of their employees accidentally dropped the firearm during the process. In a separate incident, I shipped a handgun to this FFL and arrived during their listed work hours, only to be informed that they were closed and their systems were down, and as a result, I couldn't retrieve the firearm. Upon getting reassurance on this, the employer became quite rude with her remarks. This occurred on a Saturday, and I was unable to pick it up until Tuesday, which was quite inconvenient. It's worth noting that I arrived slightly after 4 PM, and the doors were unlocked, suggesting they typically remain open until 5 PM according to their posted hours. Nonetheless, the experience was far from satisfactory."
