They worked very well together, and each went about his assigned task in a very expeditious manner. The team foreman, Jackson Johnson, was patient with my curiosity and answered all my questions regarding the installation process. He invited me to peek into the crawlspace whenever I wanted to see how the work was progressing. When finished, he allowed me to check out the finished product and explained the maintenance procedures for the dehumidifier. I am well pleased with the work performed and have no regrets getting the complete encapsulation treatment, to include sump pump and dehumidifier. "Been very impressed with AFS start to finish. Worked with Talon to assess our issues with moisture in our crawlspace, had it encapsulated, dehumidifier installed, etc. The work done was very thorough and impressive. Then had a service technician (Eli) come out to do routine checks on all the equipment, and he ended up working with me to assess a different problem and thoroughly explain their proposed solution. There are plenty of crawlspace and foundation companies out there, but I doubt you’ll find one that has the competitive pricing, customer service, and expertise that AFS does.
