"We had them come out to look at A cooler unit. Charges over $500 for a job and the cooler wasn’t even fixed now wants to double charge to have them come back out and fix a problem that should’ve been fixed the first time and will not help anyway. Wouldn’t even be in this predicament if the company would have fixed what they were supposed to fix the first go around. Yet here I am paying double no thank you. Could’ve had the wrong person from archer but I’m not sure it was my first time working with them."

"Highly recommend Archer! Caleb, technician, was courteous and very well verse in his field. In no fashion did he try to initimidate or pressure me into getting more than we needed for our home. Caleb was conscientious about not letting our two fur babies outside and continually wiped his feet coming in to our home.
