"The day of the installation, what a day! 1/31/2024. This guy did not even started the installation (for a dishwasher), leave the property to look for a part that he want it for me to pay out of pocket. Gets mad because I contact AHS to find out why? My contract with them covers the replacement of that part. Then he never returns to the property, leaves the water valve closed, no water in the sink or fridge, new dishwasher panel open, screws on the floor (mind you there is three dogs in the house). I called him the next day 2/1/2024, still mad, no apologizing, super dismissive, unprofessional. Can't have this people out there pretending to be professionals, screwing people over. And yes, it is cover under my contract with American Home Shield, the only thing you had to do was call them and tell them why it need it to be replaced, instead you refuse to tell them why, because you got mad that you couldn't charge me $50.00 (AHS probably knows the real cost of it). At the end not to trust, shady individual."

"they showed up the first time then didn’t show up to put the item in for second visit called at the end of the day to see what happen they said they had an emergency and needed to reschedule but didn’t have my number so I gave it to them. The third time they showed up before the scheduled time so at the end of the day when I called them again because they still did not call me even though I gave them my number the day before .they said it would be another week before they could come back out. and then they decided to call the insurance company and tell them they completed the job and never showed back up…. wasted over two full workdays with these people .."
