"We moved into our new home close to 3 weeks ago and while we were out of town the weekend, the sewer pump alarm went off. Since we are new to the house and have never had that system, we had no clue what the issue could be making matters worse, it was the week of Thanksgiving. I called Monday morning and they had a technician out before noon same day. Justin was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job. He had the issue resolved within an hour after the pump truck did their thing. Being able to get this fixed same day and before a holiday was a blessing especially since it was stinking up the whole neighborhood which isn’t a great way to meet the new neighbors or eat a Thanksgiving meal. While I hope to not have any plumbing problems anytime soon, I’ll be calling Bizzy B if I do."
