"Did not diagnose the problem. Marked on the paperwork and said that they did. He did thatjust to charge $160 and then charged an extra trip fee. The trip fee was understandable but the diagnose fee was NOT justified. Jeremy came out and just said ugly things about the plumber that actually fixed the leak."
