I mentioned that a tire I previously had patched was slowly leaking air - technician removed the tire, noticed the previous patch hadn't seated properly, and did a complimentary replacement. Throughout the entire visit no one tried to sell me anything or hit me with the "gloom and doom", which was nice. Also, the new manager has put noticeable effort into tidying the place up.
