"We could NOT be HAPPIER than we are today after hiring Loudon Mechanical Services to replace our old, worn out, not working HVAC system for a Brand new Goodman HVAC. This is a Father/Son Company in Lenior City, TN. They answer the phone promptly, give you an estimate promptly, and they really care about customer service! We have found our new GO TO company for any future needs with our home and our 2 mom's homes from now on! The owner is also a licensed contractor who I would personally call on for future projects. His staff is TOP notch! They are professional, cordial, neat, polite, and very hard working! We had been waiting on another company, who I won't say the name, to come out and take care of us and have been without air conditioning for over 3 weeks. When I reached out to Loudon Mechanical Services to let them know the other contractor had changed their terms and were not going to replace our unit, they got us taken care of in just a few days and really CARED about making sure that we were comfortable and cool! "We called them a month ago about having our ductwork replaced, they gave us a quote and said they would call to set up a time, a week went by and we didn't hear anything so we gave them more time as we know it's busy this time of year. At week 2 they called and said they would be out the following week to do the job, they didn't give us a day or time. It's almost week 5 and we haven't heard a peep from these people, don't waste your time. I'll take my money elsewhere cause obviously they don't want it."

I called at 11:15 am and Tyler asked when I would be able to meet at my house and when I mentioned my lunch break from work, Tyler offered to meet me at 1:15. He was extremely professional and genuine on the phone and in person. He checked out my heating unit and discussed some options and said he had to leave to retrieve a part that he was pretty sure could fix it and returned 15 mins later with his dad Rusty. They had my system back up and working within 20 mins! I am extremely appreciative to Tyler and Rusty for their super fast attention and thorough efficiency and the fact that my daughter and I won't have to go a single night without heat!
