"I’d like to give out a shout to the folks over at Tire Discounters in Oak Ridge. I’ve stopped in 1/2 a dozen times and every time is the exact same experience. I’m greeted by Andrew or Cory and they’re clearly warm people who are great at their job. It gets hectic in there sometimes, and despite that they always take time to answer my questions. The labor has always been excellent and thorough. The prices aren’t the best but they’re competitive. There are even camera monitors in the lobby so you can literally watch them fix your car. That’s about all I can ask for from a mechanic shop."

"Had a great experience here getting 4 new tires on my Lexus! Even though I didn't get the most expensive tires, the service managers were knowledgeable and accommodating and the service was fantastic. I did want to point out that the tech even lined up the yellow balance dot with the valve stem!! Most people don't know, but this is the proper way to mount a tire and takes a little more effort than just throwing the tire on the rim. So a big thank you to the tech that cares about the quality of his work, and thank you guys for taking such good care of me!"

"Highly disappointed. I gave 2 star because people there were not rude. The issue I have is that they do not hold true to their word considering i spend a lot of money on 1 tire. First issue. They said they can reattached the panel back onto my cat and even wrote a note on the workorder using a permanent marker. When I was checking out I asked if they reattached the panel and he even read the note on the paper. He said "they didn't say anything to me and more likely they did attached it. When I went back to my car, it was not attached and it was still in the back seat of my car. Second issue. When I got home I was going to put my spare tire back to it rightful place. When I opened the trunk it wasn't there looked at the back seat and it wasn't there. I called and asked them if they kept my spare tire by accident. The person on the phone said he would check and will call back. During that time I decided to go back and check my trunk. Apparently the spare tire was at it rightful location. Usually other places I've dealt with would just dumped them into the trunk or back seat. I admit that was my stupidity and I would have told those guys that I was dumb and it was in the trunk under the pad if they called back. Guess what no callback at all. I feel they do not do as they say. If anyone ask me if this store is the place to go, im going to be honest and say no. You'll end up paying alot with false promises."

"Hey folks listen, we all know how it is. You have some unfortunate event happen to your vehicle and are forced to spend hours and dollars to fix it. Look, Andrew Mitchell and his team down here in Oak Ridge are the best of the best. Take your vehicle to these gentlemen. Trust me!! The care, compassion and time Andrew took to make sure my truck drove home tonight is something I haven't seen in years. Unbelievable professionalism and a class act all around. 10/10 reccomend!!!"
