"My husband and I brought our Jeep in after having some issues with the oil cooler system and having had it looked at by a different place in town. East End Auto had been recommended to us by quite a few people that we had come into contact with through our work place as being affordable and doing very good work. I can honestly say I couldn't have gone to a better place to have my vehicle worked on. Not only did he diagnose the problems, he sat on the vehicle for a couple of months until we could afford to get the work done (pricecd about $3000 less than the previous mechanic who had looked at it), he replaced the parts with higher quality parts, and the vehicle truly runs better than it did when we bought it. We are very happy with the quality of the work, and Percy is very personable and easy to talk to. We would absolutely take our vehicles back to East End Auto for anything we need done."

"I desperately needed my headlights fixed without being charged a million dollars, and not only was the receptionist truly a sweetheart but Percy found the problem, fixed it, doubled checked all of my other lights for safety, AND only charged me for parts. Did I mention I came practically right at closing for them to boot? In under an hour I was back out on the road with my lights working beautifully. If you're a girl, especially a single one, you don't have to be afraid of them charging you more and Percy is such a sweetie and explained what was wrong with my vehicle vs talking down to me.
