"I would like to share the beginning experience I've had with them so far. When I called I requested a service and the phone got disconnected. I immediately received a call from the owner concerned about the message I had put in and we were able to straighten them out as it looked to be bad customer service but that wasn't the case! Both ladies I've dealt with are professional and caring and I appreciate the concern from the message. They are coming to check out the un urgent issue on Monday. They are fast friendly and professional and care about their business! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Especially if you want to be treated like family! "We have called Michael Shaver Jr Plumbing several times over the years, and every time we’ve needed him he has personally responded - always in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable in his field and can quickly identify a problem and help you understand what’s going on. He also has assisted us in finding someone to replace our flooring when he found a small leak in the bathroom pipe that caused molding underneath the tile flooring - always going above and beyond. I cannot say enough great things about him and his team - definitely recommend!"
