"Very good experience. Highly recommended. Professional and courteous service. My phone is like new. It was a bit difficult to find because there is not a "We Fix it Phone Repair" sign, but it's part of Batteries Plus Bulbs. I also purchased some bulbs for the house and a new battery for my key fob. They have car batteries also with free testing and installation. My only disappointment is they do not have full spectrum bulbs, but overall it's a five star experience. ⭐"

"Less than impressed. I had a Galaxy S8+ repaired for $259 plus tax. I was told it would be complete in one hour so imagine my frustration when I showed up at the hour mark and was told it would be another 30 minutes. Got the phone home and used it for 5 minutes when I realized there were two spots of dead pixels on the infinity edge near the power button. Also, the fingerprint scanner was not working. I took the phone back to the store and they said they would fix it but it would count as one of the three claims I'm allotted for the 6 month warranty!! This is not my fault I explained to no avail. Wouldn't recommend using this phone repair. Customer service and quality of repair and quality of warranty leaves a lot to be desired, especially considering the steep price tag."

"The repair was completed and done timely. The discount promised for making the appointment was not honored. Also I was forced to sign a form that states no warranty. I was told that my phone was refurbished. That was impossible as it was bought new at Verizon which I can easily prove. They would not accept this explanation so no warranty."
