They were going all over the store with me looking for what I can buy for her. "DO NOT purchase diamond rings here!!!!! This is the second time I had to come here. My husband bought my wedding ring here and I’ve had a total of four diamonds fall out of my ring so far. It is only 3 years old and I am completely disappointed. Went in to see since they made this ring in shop if it could be replaced. I also had a receipt. They say “well that’s the trouble with these rings, the diamonds fall out very easily.” You should advertise that when you sell them then. We are not rich people and it took a lot for my husband working hard to buy me something special at a high price. $1,200 might not be a lot to the owners or Mrs. G (the rude lady who didn’t even look me in my eyes but who talked through a different nice young lady to tell me the diamonds are cheep and it was an inexpensive ring) but to us working class it was. She was so rude I was a taken back. Somewhat comical how the nice young lady kept having to go to and from me and Mrs.G to give me messages, instead of just talking to me like a human and not a child. Hahahah. It’s 2021 you shouldn’t look down on people or make them feel “less than” because we look different or are unable to afford certain things. ANYWAYS DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Now I’m stuck with a garbage ring from a garbage jewelry store. THaNKS FOR ALL THE HELP. I will be spreading the word. Would give ZERO stars if I could!
