"The boot shine price of $75 is not worth it. Seemed like they only polished the toe box of my jump boots. For $75 I was expecting the whole boot to be shined."
"Dropped shoes off a Froday for heel repair and was told to come back for pick up the following Tuesday. Tuesday received a text to say shoe would not be ready until Thursday. Returnd on Thursday evening to dinf out they had given my shoes to another customer even though I had my ticker stub. Gentleman informed me he had to call customers as he had and idea who picked up shoes. Came back on Friday to be told the customer who picked up shoes would return them Monday. Picked up on Monday and the rude lady told me I had to pay cash but there was no sign stating cash only. Se tried to show me on the counter but there was no sign. This place is unprofessional and rude for bad service they provided. First and last time doing business here"
"dropped a pair of cowboy boots off to have the heel resoled and a hole in the side repaired. Not only was he 2 days late on the work, you can see glue on the outside of the hole repair, and he was very sloppy with the dye on the heel and got it on the leather of the boot."
"Great people. Did excellent work to my work boots. Was reasonably pricey mostly cause the extent of the damage and the fact the factory that made the boots doesn't put in a sole between your foot and the actual bottom sole so that made it as expensive as it was. Still wasn't too bad on the wallet. The results were magnificent and I'll be taking the rest of my busted boots to them from here on out."
"Good quality, but you pay the price. New boot shines are $65 and used boot shines are $45 (atleast that was what I was quoted) Mine were new so I paid the $65 plus a tip brought me up to $79.. You can be the judge on if it's worth that or not. It is good quality work, I just wish the prices were more reasonable."
