"The receptionist, little heavy Latina with semi orange hair when I went to the front desk to ask for forms to fill out for first time, she answer in a very rude tone sit down and I call you. The a lady who did not have an appointment got up right after me and ask to fill out the form and she went in before me. My appointment was at 2:00pm and my son’s was for 2:30 pm. I did not get in until 3:00 pm and my son had to cancel. The only good people there was the X-ray tech and the Dentist."

"Unprofessionalism at its finest. Made my grandma go here back and fort for 2 years just for an upper dentures that they can't even fix. They will set up an appointment date and eventually just cancel it on that same day for some stupid reasons."

"I just wanna start by saying that the Northridge, Western Dental staff is awesome. They are very friendly and welcoming and when you feel nervous about your dental appointment they make you feel better. I’ve gone to other places and I didn’t get treated like that. They are all wonderful including the dentist, I highly recommend the Western Dental on Northridge"

"Update as of 9/6/2023: We called 6 times trying to get through to the office. Each time we were pushed to the general call center who would try to connect us to the local Corbin Northridge office; each time that office hung up without answering. My husband had to drive to the location, where the staff was watching Netflix and ignoring calls. When we asked that our dental x-rays be sent to our new dentist, we were given printouts versus them being willing to email the x-rays to our new dentist. Again, the most unprofessional and incompetent staff I’ve ever experienced. Previous review: The worst run dental office I’ve ever seen. The staff openly complains about people in front of other waiting patients. They book you incorrectly, and lie about the services they are actually doing. When confronted, they then lie about the whole situation. The entire staff is unprofessional, argumentative and have no idea of how to provide quality, accurate care. The new hygienist and office manager are two of the most incompetent people I’ve ever met. We will no longer be using them due lack of general patient care."
