"They do not give pain medicine no matter how much pain you're in or they caused you. I had a brutal root canal that hurt for months afterward. Finally one day it went crazy. Turned out my tooth had been cracked during the root canal. No wonder it hurt. When I went in they had to pull it bc it was a "split tooth" and infected. The couldn't completely numb it so they twisted the roots out and I felt everything. Afterward they told me to go home and take Tylenol and Advil. HA! I was in SO MUCH PAIN. When I told them how cruel that was, they literally couldn't have cared less. Beware."

"Just like previous reviews. Been calling for three days and no one answers the phone. Was referred to UCLA Dentistry. I also emailed three days ago with the information the recording said to do. This very unprofessional and unacceptable for a professional office to run. I will wait one more day to see if anyone returns my call or answers phone. Then I will file complaint."

"If I can give this place zero stars, I would. They made it so difficult to make an appointment. They do not answer their phone all. If you leave a voicemail, they don't call you back at all. I finally was able to get ahold of them and the lady was saying she couldn't find my husband’s file. She then states she will call us back. She never did. It was 4:10. She never called back... They close at 5 pm. I believe she lied and waited until they were close to not deal with us. She is rude and not very helpful. She makes the office look bad... My husband is in pain. It's ridiculous on how difficult it is to get a appointment... Don't waste your time here if you're in critical pain."

"Students supervised by dentists. They were 45 min late. Paid for consultation (other actual dentists/ortho first consultation is free) I have healthy and straight teeth (only one is mildly crowded) I was quoted $4500 for regular braces and $5500 for Invisalign. Which is actually $1000 more than my regular orthodontist. Run away!"
