"Not honored their own warranty, and rude front office people... Their pitbull almost attacked me... City needs to inspect this place.."
"Best place I know if u need a radiator at the best price in town."
"My car was overheating and other places told me there was nothing wrong with my car. This place fixed my car and gave me one year warranty on the parts they replace. I was really happy with their service."
"Jose is a master mechanic, and very knowledgeable and honest. All the technicians know their stuff. Great work at very reasonable prices."
"I've been going there for years. Previous owner gave me honest attention and I felt that I can always trust. New ownership seems to lack all from the previous ownership. I give all businesses a chance regardless of ethnicity of ownership. But, I admit that as a Mexican, I look forward to support Mexican ownership. However, that didn't seem to help here as I received a sub par service and attention. He seemed bothered and I witnessed owner ignoring me as I went for a follow up, walked right in front of me to greet another white client with a pleasant attitude I have yet to see from him. I was originally filled with freon at the highest price ever, but told me he wouldn't charge me if I needed refill. Turned out, I ran out of air a day after in a long hot trip where my daughter vomited twice because of lack of air. I returned to have it checked again and charged me an additional $600 ish over the phone for a new compressor, so I declined. He later called me for a lower price, which I accepted, but turns out that he included another gas recharge. He told me that he just put that in as paperwork. Note that when they called when the job was done, my wife dealt with it and they tried charging her the $600 plus amount. I'll see if give them a second chance. But, I wasn't thrilled about his upset offer to solve our disagreement by offering to replace the bad compressor back into my truck."
