"I called Teo asking him for a tire rotaion cost. He said compact car is $15 SUV is $20. When I came he said it is $25 due to my car is Tesla. :) I said I asked you before and he gets mad to me. He said go to other auto service hahaha. Bad service. I drove to the next location, which is Korean auto service. He is very nice and the cost is $20. Conclution for this is Vietnamese need to learn how to do good service and good customer relationship. I gave Teo 1 * due to he had very bad reaction"

"I want to update the review. Teo (owner) called me on by phone on 9/11/2023. The owner called me after seeing my review. No apology and he still blamed me for slandering their business. I asked him to take this case to court but he refused and told me that "he has his own way of HANDLING it". When I hear he will to handle the case in some way (I feel It such as threaten) then I feel very afraid of his THREATS. I write my update here to make sure that if anything happens to me or my family after 9/11 I have proof. BE CAREFUL when you repair tires here. This is a UNRELIABLE business. I brought the tire in for a flat tire after that I found out my tire pressure sensor (TPMS) was broken. When I called to report this. They deny everything. I think a sensor device is not worth the money but their act of broken TPMS can lead to death when driving a vehicle in a state of loss of sensors (TPMS). I hope that one day they will receive the proper punishment for their stealing. I hope the tax department and related department will notice their fraudulent activities as soon as possible to protect consumers."
