"When our seven year-old daughter began to get her permanent teeth, we knew that she is going to need braces. Having had braces myself as a teenager, I know the process of going in every month and enduring the pain and not being able to eat for a week after the braces are tightened. We wanted to choose a good orthodontist because we want our daughter to go through this only once and with the best possible outcome. An experienced orthodontist who knows what he’s doing will make a huge impact on the outcome of our daughter’s teeth. Being in the dental field myself for over 13 years, I’ve seen many cases where patients had to repeat their orthodontia because they didn’t have it done correctly the first time. Alex, the treatment coordinator took our daughter in for x-rays, got down on her level and started chatting with her. He was very honest and stated that it would be a long process spread over time but with a successful outcome. He addressed our concerns and answered all of our questions.
