"Very disappointed with how my situation was handled. Called to cancel appointment since I had sore throat and didn't want to risk going in before getting tested. Was told next appointment was 3 months out and given the option to keep appointment since I didn't know if I would be able to get tested before my appointment time. Seemed to me they were ok with me coming in with active symptoms. Didn't hear back from physician about test dates so couldn't make it on time. Was told the no show fee applied although I had explained my situation. Will be looking for service elsewhere."

"I have been to several Dentist office in my life and this has been by far the best one. I had a wisdom tooth extraction from another office and it was an extremely painful and unpleasant experience. At Advanced Dentistry of Woodland I had the rest of my wisdom teeth extractions through two appointments and it was a very pleasant experience(writing this right after my second appointment). The front is very helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, and nice. Dr. Truong is the man! He dealt with my difficult situation with ease and efficiency, you don't feel anything at all when he goes to numb you (previous dentists felt like jab to the face), and overall a very pleasant and fun guy makes you feel comfortable and destressed throughout the whole procedure. If I could give this place 10 Stars I would!"

"I had a great experience seeing Dr. Pong at this dental office. Everyone at this office is very kind and they did a great job explaining everything to me. I have never had a wait time during my appointments and I have never felt rushed. The staff are knowledgeable and kind. All of my questions were answered throughout my appointments by both Dr. Pong and the hygienists, and every step of the procedures were explained to me as they were ongoing. I was nervous to see a dentist but they made me very comfortable. They also are very up to date with the technology they use. Dr. Pong even called me personally to check on how I was doing after a major procedure. I feel very valued and cared for by this office and will continue to see Dr. Pong and her staff. I would recommend this dental office to anyone. If you are looking for a dentist in the area that will take good care of you, you should definitely make an appointment to see Dr. Pong or Dr. Albert!"

"Facility is well kept and very clean! It was also easy and fast to make an appointment. I didn’t have to wait long when I arrived. I met both dentists, Dr. Pong and Dr. Truong, on arrival and both were friendly and made me feel welcome. I came here for my annual exam and cleaning and was seen by Dr. Pong. She is a very professional and thorough dentist without making me feel rushed out of the office. She made sure I was comfortable throughout my cleaning which is very important to me since I can have sensitive teeth. Great service and visit here if you want quality care!"
