"If I could give this place negative stars I would. I take really good care of my teeth I have a sonicare toothbrush and brush multiple times a day and floss. I have NEVER had a cavity before. I was looking for a new dentist in the area and went here last year. My appointment was at 8 am. Went in for my appointment and no one was even there yet. I had to wait 30 min just for the dental assistants to show up to work. The paperwork was faded and very disorganized. After waiting for so long and getting X-rays the dentist comes in and does a 30 second review of my mouth and says I have three cavities and they need to be filled before. I was a new mom at the time was very overwhelmed and trusted the dentist because you should be able to trust a healthcare professional. He spends about 5-15 min drilling my teeth and Simone come and fills them in. Super uncomfortable in my mouth and felt as if they didn’t do much. I then didn’t feel right about my appointment and had my X-rays sent to my normal dentist far away and booked an appointment there. They told me my teeth looked great but needed a cleaning. This was a week after supposedly getting a cleaning and filling at woodland dental. They told me that I most likely did not have cavities. My friend went to woodland dental a few days before me and they told her she had 9 cavities. Lucky I told her to get a second opinion and her new dentist told her she only had two little ones that he wasn’t even going to fill. This place is a disgrace I feel violated. They should not be able to lie to people who are trusting of healthcare professionals. DO NOT EVER COME HERE!"

"This place used to be affordable and good. Now it’s neither. You wait 30 minutes in the lobby, wait another 40 in the dental chair, then you get the bare minimum and have to come in again and again for what should’ve been 1 visit. Go elsewhere, Sacramento had a better dentist for wayyyy cheaper and they actually care. It feels like I’m just another number $$$ to them, not a person."

"This place just frustrating to deal with. They should double check what is cover under the patient insurance better. We were set on a total then afterwards a surprised bill that your insurance didn’t cover it after all. Their X-ray photos didn’t come out good enough to prove anything and the doctor said we couldn’t do the first option and recommend second option. And when it came time to prove to my insurance, they couldn’t explain why we couldn’t do the first option! Like seriously? So you wasted our time when we could’ve just went the simpler route and be covered. Can’t even cancel an appointment for my husband. The doctor isn’t gentle either, especially the sensitive area. My husband was in more pain during than what actually brought him in. I don’t recommend this place plus the front office staff are rude every time we called!"

"Amazing office and extraordinary staff. Had an extraction done, Dr. Sibal was extremely gentle and cautious. Thank you to my assistant, Ashley. Whom explained everything to the T, and relived my anxiety. Definitely will be back"
