"Been in this store to sale things and buy ive bought a lot from them in past Trish the manager is always rude when you have to deal with her directly the other 2 girls are very nice Trish the manager wants to over charge you for junk there selling and wont give you anything for top quality merchandise that you are trying to sell or pawn ive stoped shopping at this pawn if you want a much better pawn shop drive a little farther to Clinton hwy to that cash americia and see Donna they know what's going on and always take care of me !!!"

"Just left this place a few minutes ago. I was looking for a diamond ring and a necklace had to go elsewhere. I stood there waiting for someone to help me for 20 minutes in the same spot. No one even acknowledged me there ? I am stunned at how they don’t care about selling anything. There were at least 3 employees working and I guess they don’t need the money? Even when I decided I had waited long enough to be ignored and grabbed a business card and walk to the door you would have thought I was a ghost. I have never seen anything like it before?? All I can do is laugh because it was so ridiculous."

"I bought a Wii and DVD player they gave me the wrong remote for the DVD player and the Wii was broken it took them too long to get everything that I wanted together I wanted a black Wii they couldn't get the stuff it took them 45 minutes ( I went next door to get my nails done) and the stuff that I had pick out the Wii was now the other one I highly don't recommend"
