I made the claim and the owner called me to ask me what happened and he said that the driver resigned and didn't say anything. so when you used this company if you use it takes pictures and si how they hold your vehicle . if is possible go with them in the tow truck. they don't put the tow truck in the right position and also damage the exhausts."

"Qk story....My tire blew out and I exhausted all of my AAA roadside assistance. AAA contacted a third party tow company to assist me with my tow; which happened to be Steve’s Tow company. Steve changed my spare tire and I was on the road in minutes. As I pulled off I ran over an unidentifiable object, which punctured my front right tired.
