"Had a great experience purchasing and installing new set of tires; was hesitant at first due to the bad reviews, but stopped by and talked to the guys one day, walked me thru the options very professionally with patience. Ordered online and scheduled an appointment. Dropped the vehicle on my appointment day earlier, and the car was all done an hour after. One has to consider the demand at Costco tire shop, I encourage you to try and schedule your appointment during the week. I have had interactions with a few of the guys, they are all very nice and professional. Have already purchased another set of tires for my other vehicle and will be back soon for installation. Thank you all and please keep up the great work for the community; your professional work is much appreciated!"

"The employees are skilled, hardworking, and friendly but the shop is terribly understaffed. Everything is booked out weeks in advance and drop in service if they take you takes all day. They rarely pickup the phone because they are too busy. The Danville store is even worse. I have one vehicle with Costco tires left and when that set is worn I will buy a new set from a tire store. They all price match now and have much better staffing for better turnaround on installation, tire rotation, tire damage warranty issues, answering the phone, etc. Costco used to be have much better service but are now overrun and poorly staffed. Be prepared to wait longer than expected with an appointment, infinitely without an appointment (if they can see you at all), and good luck getting through with a phone call."

"Appointments mean nothing. The wait is still over an hour before they’ll look at your vehicle. New tire replacement still leaks air, very frustrating. Back for the third time to have it fixed, was told to schedule appointment, but the wait even with an appointment is inexcusable. Update December 2023: Nothing much has changed. Wait was over an hour long just to buy a battery. No fork lift on site to get to battery at bottom of pile in their storage! Mr. Jay is argumentative and cannot be pleasant or even smile."

"I have an appointment at 10 am for a tire replacement! I was told it would only take 2 hrs. 2 hrs past and i did not received any call that my car is ready! I been calling their number and nobody is picking up the phone! It’s already 4 pm i decided to go there hoping that it’s done. Nobody at the front desk. After 15 minutes somebody came to the desk. I told the person im picking up my car. He told me its on the back! So i went to the back. He did not give me any paperwork! So i ask the person i need my keys to my car! The person did not even check if that is my car. What if somebody is impersonating me! He could have driven my car! Think twice before coming here!"

"Came in last minute(6:30pm) to get a tire repair with no appointment and the guys behind the counter(Alex and Jeffery) really worked hard to get it done and to get my family back on the road for a safe drive. Not saying everyone will get this kind service but thank you for taking the time to fix my tire"
