They offer popcorn and coffee and have charging ports in their waiting area. It is smaller but very comfortable. "I do recommend this service center to other RV'ers. My 2005 Cat C7 Fleetwood Expedition Motorhome (91k miles) experienced low power, intermittent check engine light and worn bushings on the sway bar. Jim Buell the GM was able to get it in right away and within a few days they determined a cracked turbocharger, with failed wastegate rod. It was in the shop from July 27 - September 3, 2021. I received good communications & updates (I did have to ask a couple times for updates, but Jim got right on that). It took quite a while to troubleshoot & repair failed components but overall, I am very happy with the service and cost of the repairs. When picking up the coach it was clean and ready to go. Jim had explained the work completed in detail. Overall received a good experience. Again, I recommend this service center to other RV'ers."
