"I brought my little miniature pinscher in because I was worried about her incision from her spay. I "saved my spot" & was taken back right away. The whole appointment took around 30 minutes tops NOT because they rushed us but because they were super attentive & there was little to no wait. Everyone was so kind & explained everything thoroughly not just to me but to my sweet Maxie too. It was too precious when the vet told her she needed to take it easy. I also appreciated that the vet took into account that I was pregnant & gave me instructions about safely applying the ointment so as not to hurt me or baby. The price was not bad at all either. Highly recommend."

"After I was not able to get into my regular vet, Dr. Morency and staff provided excellent care of my cat TomTom. They gave me frequent updates as well as thoroughly explained everything that they were doing. The check-in process was super easy and they had us back in an exam room immediately after checking in. It was obvious that they had TomTom's best interest at heart. Again, thank you for your help and care. If I could give this clinic 500++ stars, I would. It was so easy to tell how much they care for their patients and their families. If I am ever in need of urgent pet care, this is the first place that I would go. I highly recommend UrgentVet in Franklin."

"Visited on a Friday afternoon when my cat lost a battle with a neighbor cat and our usual vet couldn’t get him in. The staff was an amazing. Zero wait. Walked me through every step of process and recommended treatment. Great staff, clean facility, great treatment and at a reasonable price! Hope to not need to come back but will absolutely use them going forward for any immediate pet needs."

"Well there are many positive reasons to use UrgentVet. First was the ease to schedule an appointment, but not required. The facility is so clean and the staff was fabulous, and my sweet Rosy was at ease the entire time. The vet tech explained everything very well to me of what was needed to fix Rosy. The vet also explained everything in detail to me as well. The price was less than I expected for being an urgent care. 5 stars"
