"Hours for a Tuesday are posted on the counter if the shop for 2-6pm as well as online. It's my only day off, I pack up my screaming one year old and head out to have my bowling ball drilled. When I get there at 4pm, he's nowhere to be found and the workers at the alley say he's his own business and hadn't been in today but should be there to bowl later. What a way to ruin my evening. Why have posted hours when they don't mean anything? Really shows your commitment to your business. Needless to say, I'll be bringing my business elsewhere."
