"The staff at Goodlettsville Animal Hospital are absolutely amazing. From the receptionists to the techs & the vet, we had a great experience. They eased our worries and got us in within a couple days for my senior baby’s limp. Dr. Porter was very compassionate, informative & went above and beyond for our baby to be comfortable. After getting turned away at another vet a few days prior, they treated him immediately & assured us that he did not need x-rays unlike what the other facility said. They provided us with a care plan and truly lifted a weight off of our shoulders. I literally could cry because I’m so relieved that he will be okay. Not only were they affordable, but they truly want the best for your animal! Overall, this is the BEST experience we have ever had at a vet & we will definitely be back!"

I wish they had 24 hour emergency care there. They are open until 8:00 p.m. most evenings and on Saturdays -- that is helpful. We have never had a problem getting an appointment quickly when needed."
