"1. I booked a room online, which stated there were no additional fees. However, upon check-in at the hotel, they demanded an extra fee for processing check-in! Never mind，this is not big problem！ 2. Every morning from 8 to 9 a.m., when you're still asleep, a strange man with a full beard vigorously knocks on your door! And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation! He kept asking if I had thirty dollars, and if I wanted to exchange towels! It's really absurd! Aren't towels supposed to be provided for free by the hotel? I feel absolutely insecure and uncomfortable staying here! I'm giving a one-star rating only because I can't give less! I never want to come back here again!"

"Looks nothing like the pictures online, is ugly, old and dirty. When checking in the lady was rude, she was on the phone the whole time. When giving me the keys she basically threw them at me and just said "it's upstairs." The room was so old and dirty, my husband and I went to buy cleaning supplies and towels. We called about the tub faucet leaking and maintenance just showed up to tell us to close it right; we had to hear the faucet leak all weekend."

"This hotel was very clean and in a safe area. The staff was friendly and helpful. They served hot coffee in the morning which was appreciated. If you’re looking for an inexpensive hotel, this is a great option."

"Room was clean but a little outdated. The front desk clerk was very robotic and cold while checking us in. Definitely no extras with this room, just the bare minimum. There seemed to be a lot of people walking around outside and by our room late at night."

"I spent over 800.00 in two and half weeks. I went to pay for my last day of my stay the manager called the cops while I went to pay for the room on my last day of my stay. Manager is a scum bag individual very disrespectful towards women and unprofessional hotel manager and loves to swindle money out anyone. But cries to police over of made up stories . He tried to take an extra $25.00 and stole $60.00 for deposit then try to extort extra money after he had already told local police "I don't pay.' There was a missing ironing board and coffee maker and bugs.The continental breakfast was very limited on items such as , mini chocolate donuts and old mini muffins , old orange juice.I forgot to include only allowed to take showers and according to sign posted in the bathroom wall "jets not working " no clue what that has to do with taking a bath."
