"First, I will say the Veterinarian was knowledgeable, courteous, and I appreciate the service she provided to our pet. However, the overall clinic took advantage of us and added services that were not agreed to, which significantly added to the price of the service. How did this happen? The nurse explained possible services and I specifically stated what we wanted to do, which was minimal, and to re-address the other options once we tried the initial options. However, the nurse did all the options instead of only doing the minimal options asked for. What could they do better? They should have made a written, signed agreement to the services, and this entire situation would have been avoided. Instead, they did nothing but cover themselves by claiming that “oral agreements” were made, which is false. What can they do to fix the situation? Management could reach out and offer options to address the misunderstanding. Until then, they will maintain the one star they currently deserve. Be aware of this place to ensure they do not add services not agreed to and increasing what you will be charged without your knowledge. You may have an unwanted surprise at the checkout counter, to the tune of hundreds of dollars more than expected."

"The staff were so helpful in getting my Cookie healthy. Shortly after making her appointment online, we were contacted by a staff member. She explained every step in the process. Upon entering the facility, we were greeted by another friendly representative that guided us to our waiting room. The Vet kept us informed throughout the entire process. There is no question in my mind I would return to this facility if my dog had another emergency."

"We have found comfort in knowing we have an emergency vet should the time ever arise. My experience made me not feel real great anymore. My cat had a hole form in her neck from a feeding tube removal complication and had food coming out of the side of her neck. We waited from 9pm-12am to even be invited into the building. We waited 12am-1am in a waiting room without ever seeing any staff. We didn’t leave until after 3am. It was miserable and exhausting. The vet was nice but couldn’t do much for our cat so I was out 6.5 hours of my time and $300. I understand they were not staffed very well but maybe work on that? Going 3 hours without any communication was rough as well. I really hope if our pet is ever in need of life saving care, it’s Monday through Friday during work hours."
