"If there were less than 1 star, this is what this doctor and his staff would be rated. I had to call MULTIPLE TIMES to finally get the results of my husband's colonoscopy. Never heard from Dr. Benson; no letter with his results, no phone call from him or his office. Today, we received a certified letter stating we "would have to find another doctor" and to fill out a authorization form to mail to him so my husband's records could be sent out. Too bad that this "amazing staff and doctor" didn't include the authorization from. Stay clear of this office and staff....too many good doctors in Nashville to waste your time on these bozos."

"The dr and nurses are great. The receptionist can't tell her head from her toe. After several times of calling to schedule a procedure.I keep getting the run around. She tells me to listen to the voicemail and get the name of the person who called her. I call her back only to be told that she's gone to lunch."

"My father passed away after having a colonoscopy done. I had to wait over 4 hours and then was told over the speaker it would be another 1-2 hours. I was already sick as a dog, then I had an anxiety attack and started having chest pain, the nurses didn't even check on me for over 2 hours and I was told that Dr. Benson said he would get to me when he got to me. They never checked my pulse or my heart, or even help me to calm down. This is not a caring or compassionate doctor. I do not recommend him at all if you are looking for understanding and compassion from a medical professional. Then his staff tells tells me my behaviour is unacceptable. What kind of doctor, true doctor does that? His patient who is really sick, upset and having chest pain and an anxiety attack?Karma comes round Dr. Is this how you treat your patients that are truly sick, in pain, having an anxiety attack with chest pain? Or was it just me."
