"I left my previous warranty company due to unfairly denied claims. They would do everything in their power to keep from paying. I found Toco and have had no issues with the 2 claims I have had with them. I had to wait on an inspection before I could get a rental vehicle, but the process was seamless and awesome, thanks to Wendy! She really goes above and beyond to help her customers. "If I could give a 0 star I would. The customer service is Horrible with the exception of Holly. I have had Toco Warranty for almost 5 years they had no issues taking care of 2 small claims, but now that my engine is requiring replacement they are Denying claim. I have already paid over $600 to Toyota service department for initial test they requested by their inspector, now they want engine tore down at my expense to determine if they will cover the claim. They take their payment out of my account faithfully, but I have had to call in repeatedly about my claim. Aaron is a poor representative for Toco Warranty and he lacks professionalism and compassion for the customer. I am extremely frustrated and angry at the way I have been treated providing I have provided my service records proving my vehicle has been properly maintained. I did the oil consumption test and it proved my car was loosing oil. My car is supposed to get an oil change every 10K miles now I can't even make it to 3K miles and they say that's normal. Toco Warranty has collected more in premiums than the cost to replace engine, but yet I'm left with no resolve and they are still taking premiums out of my account. Not to mention when you call to check the status they always say they haven't received paperwork when the previous representative confirmed they had. It went 2-3 weeks and I had to contact them, because I hadn't heard from anyone. This has been going on since November 6 and 2 test later, they still don't want to replace my engine with recommendations from the dealership who has service my car since I purchased it from them. Livid is an understatement."

"Had an issue with the transmission after the 90 day / 1000 mile waiting period. Toco originally denied the claim, and I was very upset. Holly with Toco was able to help me find a solution and have the claim partially covered. If it weren't for her help, I would be leaving a horrible review. I appreciate her going above and beyond to help me get the repairs covered!"
