"Since I can't reply back to the review response under Kevin. I will do so here. Gaspar does not take responsibility for their actions. I provided forthcoming and honest feedback. Instead, they ignore my concerns and blame this on me not making repairs which is not true. We do not have anything that needs to be repaired. There are upgrades that we can potentially make which would make our property more attractive to carriers, but saying we are not addressing repairs is their way of misdirecting the audience to me instead of acknowledging their own shortcomings. My issue as noted in my other review is with their insurance agents manipulating clients into thinking their offers are the only serviceable ones and discouraging considerations from other agents. That is not serving the best interest of their clients. I would suggest all clients talk to multiple agencies before choosing a carrier especially if you are thinking about using Gaspar. You can not trust that they will provide you the best options for you. Their insurance agents are aggressive and manipulative."
