"Took the dogs on a walk and cam across this store. This place is huge. Great staff, very friendly they loved on the puppies and the puppies loved every bit of it."

"Here visiting from Florida for 2 weeks and went there to get a coat for my shivering dog. Told the clerk we were from Fla, and she suggested a size to fit my dog and said "if it doesn't fit you can always bring it back. So when it didn't fit, I brought it back for an exchange within two hours. Well she didn't have a size that would fit, so I told her then, "it's a return", That's when she told me they don't do returns only store credits. I said she should have informed me of that when I made the purchase, so she directed me to a small sign at checkout with the bad news policy. I don't know which is worst her not informing me at the time of purchase or the owners ill-conceived policy. Either way, I won't be back and for would be purchasers: "BUYER BEWARE","

"Great little store for puppers in the city! Found some new freeze dried treats and a toy ball that dispenses kibble. Our 12 year old pup LOVES them. Also, they gave great restaurant recommendations!"

"We ran in here really quick looking for antlers for our dogs to chew on, specifically decent sized ones that didnt cost $50 each. To our surprise they had very decently sized ones and they were half the cost! Very happy with our purchases and the cashier was super friendly."
