"My wife took our small dog here today and we will not be coming back. They had our dog for four hours just for her to look like they quickly buzzed her. She even has a matte in her hair still. This is the second time this has happened with this place, we just assumed they were having a bad day the first time. Also, train your staff to not give people a weird look when they tell them what kind of haircut they want their dog to have."

"We LOVE Paws Pet Grooming! Our little Maltese, Nico, is terrified of being groomed. We have tried several other groomers and have been told that they just couldn’t make it work.
