"Recently moved here from Arizona, I saw First Bank had great reviews! I walk in there, and was acknowledged by a personal banker, and was told someone would be right with me as soon as they finished doing what there doing! I waited, seemed like fiveteen minutes but was probably only five minutes, and in walks in another Gentleman, that was acknowledged immediately by the tellers and was waiting too see a personal banker. He asked me if I was waiting too, I replied yes. Before I knew it, he was apparently waived him by another banker. Now, perception wise, how does this look too me?? My Business is not important enough!? I felt slighted and decided to take my Business too another Bank!"
