"I recently had a bad experience at this bank. I went in to withdraw money that I had saved up (over a long period of time), only to find out on my way home I was shorted $200. It was sad to find out that I put my trust in the teller to give me the correct amount that I asked for. You would think that with the money being placed in a money wrapper, with the correct amount I asked for, I thought I could trust that everything was correct, only to find out in my car I was shorted. What a horrible experience for a new person encountering the banking system."

"The woman who helped me today was not friendly, in fact she was rude. She didn't greet me, held her hand out instead of kindly asking for what she expected, put my driver's license and money on the counter instead of my hand that I had extended. I didn't feel welcomes there at all and I'll go to great lengths not to return to this location."
